Well prepared for your trip
We take as much of the arranging off your hands as we can: park permits, transfers and accommodation are ours to sort. A few things you arrange yourself, and we guide you through those step by step.
As soon as your trip is set, we send you an overview of what you still need to do and when. Unsure about anything? One message is enough; we usually reply within a few hours.

What you arrange yourself
Four things to sort out in good time. Above all, start early with your visa, because that takes the longest.
Visa
For Tanzania you apply online for an e-Visa (Ordinary Visa, US$ 50, valid for 90 days). Allow 3–4 weeks for processing. We’ll guide you through the application step by step.
Vaccinations
DTP and hepatitis A are among those recommended; depending on your route, malaria prophylaxis may be wise. Always consult a travel health clinic for personal advice.
Passport
Make sure your passport is still valid for a good while on arrival and keep a digital copy to hand, useful if you lose anything on the road.
Insurance
Travel and baggage insurance with cover for your destination is strongly recommended. Let us know about anything specific in advance and we’ll take it into account in the planning.
