Travel and Transport Terms and Conditions
Clear agreements about your trip, your safari and your transport in Tanzania.
A safari or tour through Tanzania is something special. We think it matters that you know exactly where you stand before you travel. That is why we have set out our agreements clearly in our Travel and Transport Terms and Conditions.
The terms apply to our complete trips and safaris, to Vehicle + Driver and to any additional travel services. Exactly which provisions apply depends on what you book with Kembe Safari.

What can you expect?
Clear agreements about your booking
The terms explain how a booking comes about, which payment arrangements apply and what happens if you want to change or cancel your trip. That way the most important agreements are clear from the start.
Protection for your trip
Kembe Safari is a member of the GGTO guarantee fund and the Calamiteitenfonds. Depending on the type of booking and the guarantee scheme that applies, your trip may fall under additional protection.
Agreements for complete trips and safaris
For a complete trip we arrange various parts of your journey. Among other things, the terms describe how we handle the running of the trip, unexpected changes and situations in which part of the programme turns out differently than planned.
Nature always remains a factor
A safari takes place in the wild, and Tanzania remains an adventurous destination. We cannot guarantee which animals you will see, for example. Weather, road conditions, park rules or local circumstances can also affect a route or a programme. If a change is needed, we do our best to offer the closest possible alternative.
Vehicle + Driver
Booking a safari vehicle with a driver from us? Then the terms set out clear agreements about the vehicle, the driver, routes, fuel, park fees, driving and rest times, and what happens in the event of a breakdown or unexpected circumstances.
Safe and well prepared for your trip
You are responsible for things such as valid travel documents and personal medical advice. We also recommend good travel and cancellation insurance. During the trip, safety and following the instructions of drivers, guides, rangers and authorities come first.
Respect for Tanzania
We travel in a remarkable country and through beautiful natural areas. That is why we expect our travellers to respect nature, wildlife, local customs and the people who live there.
